HushRave Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the HushRave apps and the hushrave.com service, provided by Ambinost Labs Inc. ("we", "us"). By using HushRave you agree to them.

1. What HushRave is

HushRave is a tool for synchronized audio playback at live, in-person events — a “silent disco” transmitter. A broadcaster (a “DJ” or event organizer) streams audio from their own computer, and listeners play it in sync on their own devices through headphones. We provide the synchronization technology; we do not provide, license, or curate music.

2. Broadcaster responsibility for content and rights

If you broadcast audio, you are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to stream, perform, and publicly play that audio to your audience. Do not broadcast anything you do not have the right to use. HushRave is a neutral technology provider, comparable to a PA system or an FM transmitter, and does not grant any music or performance license.

3. Acceptable use

4. The “freemusic” demo party

We may operate a default party (e.g. hushrave.com/freemusic) that streams royalty-free or licensed music as a convenience and demonstration. It is provided “as is”.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or perfect synchronization.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambinost Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content broadcast by any user, arising from your use of HushRave.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove any party or restrict access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the rights of others.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the date above and post the current version here.
